Job Requirements
Operations
a) Assist Business Line Manager in project organisation.
b) Establish project procedures and budgets.
c) Brief ROV Supervisor and ROV team.
d) Ensure project is executed to client specifications.
e) Liaise with clients.
f) Monitor performance.
g) Check and approve contract variation.
h) Check field expenses.
i) Allocate resources.
Specific Additional Duties
a) Actively participate in adherence to and improvement of the company Management System on Quality and HSE related issues.
b) If applicable provide project safety plan.
c) Conduct project briefing including project specific HSE subjects.
d) Identify use of additional PPE.
e) Instruct field staff on emergency procedures.
f) Instruct field staff on accident / incident reporting.
g) Ensure investigating of incidents reported.
Job Qualifications
a) M.Sc. or B.Sc. level engineering or equivalent qualification.
b) Min. 8 -10 years experience in ROV project management.
c) Experience in ROV pipe line / construction and Rig support.
d) Strong ROV technical knowledge.
e) Basic accounting principles.
f) Conversant with equipment / software in use.
g) English language.
