Agency Manager

Job Requirements:
• Any nationality who has a minimum of 2 years experience in
the same field,
• Know ledge of the
travel and tour industry,
• Ability to manage an existing travel agency,
• Ability to work independently,
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to be assigned to the Philippines .
Job Duties among Others:
• Directs, coordinates plus participates in merchandising
travel agency services, like sale of transportation company carrier tickets,
packaged or specialized tours, or vacation packages
• Plans work schedules for employees
• Trains employees in advising customers on current
traveling conditions, planning customer travel as well as itineraries,
ticketing plus booking functions, and also in calculating costs for
transportation and accommodations from current transportation schedules &
tariff books accommodation rate books
• Sells travel tickets, packaged specialized tours, and also
advises customers on travel plans
• Reviews employee ticketing as well as sales activities to
make sure cost calculations, booking, and also transportation scheduling are in
accordance with current transportation carrier schedules, tariff rates, and
also regulations that charges are made for accommodations
• Reconciles sales slips cash daily
• Coordinates sales promotion activities, approves
advertising copy, and also travel display work
• Keeps employee records as well as hires discharges
employees.
