Duties:
• promoting and selling exhibitions for Middle East market and local UAE market.
• Multi-task execution and preparation before the exhibtion takes place.
• Prepare and organize the timetable for the project.
• Editorial skills of writing newsletters for sales and marketing campaigns (email and fax shots).
• Prepare detailed sales data worksheets report to the project manager.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience in the field of marketing
• Should have good knowledge of Word, Excel & Powerpoint
• Well versed with bidding process.
• Knowledge of daily office management (billing – invoicing ...etc.)
• Can handle suppliers and logistics.
• Able to converse independently with the clients.
• Detail oriented but with quick decision making.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Develop pricing strategy analysis of Customer/Market Research, Current Market Conditions
• Influencing and negotiation skills and should have B2B experience.
• Effective oral and written communication skills and fluency in English.
