Job Title: Project Architects

Job Requirements:
Minimum of 7 - 12 Years experience for a Consultant office
Duties:
• Performs routine to moderately difficult architectural reviews of tenant/subtenant projects or staff or tenant proposals
• Develops necessary documentation, records and correspondence; drafts agenda sheets, composes memos and makes presentations related to project approval process; upon approval, completes approval letters, including conditions of approval to which tenant must adhere.
• Conducts architectural inspections of assigned leasehold buildings or facilities to verify tenant compliance with applicable policies, guidelines, laws, regulations and codes and to identify any building/facility maintenance issues; identifies leasehold maintenance or non-compliance issues
• Obtains information and input from and provides professional expertise, support, consultation and assistance to staff, member city officials and outside sources
• Drafts architectural drawings and exhibits; completes design studies and creates exhibits; provides general information and assistance to tenants and the public
• preparing applications for planning and building control departments;
• preparing tender documents for contracts;
• project managing and helping to coordinate the work of contractors;
• controlling a project from start to finish;
• regular site visits to check on progress, ensuring that the project is running on time and to budget
