Job Requirements:

• 3/4 years (full-time) degree program or diploma or engineering from a recognized university (Safety / Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Electronics)

• Safety Management Certificate course from internationally recognized institutes (minimum 1 year, full-time course) or

• Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health (internationally recognized institutes).

• Experience Criteria (Only UAE experience)

• At least 4 years experience with academic & professional qualifications.

• Candidates should be eligible for SARS & SSRS card as per the new EHS requirements.

• Must be skilled communicators.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct accident and incident investigations, determine probable causes and make recommendations for corrective action.

• The safety manager is the prime adviser to the safety committees.

• Running accident prevention and fire safety programs for their employers.

• Encourage and create a high level of safety awareness within their organizations, partially through use of safety self-audits.

• Addressing workplace safety issues and programs.
