Job Title: Cluster Assistant Director Sales (m/f)
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Senior Management Team in order to optimize the total sales efforts and ROI within the cluster of hotels.
- Composing accurate and timely sales and activity reports, in order to develop and implement the necessary initiatives as per need of the hotels, stake holders and owners.
- Maintaining, developing and contracting Key Accounts and prospects of the local and international travel trade focusing on the Corporate & MICE segment
- Ensuring the hotel's consistent disposal of an adequate, motivated and high performing team
Requirements:
- Experience and track record in a similar role as Assistant Director or Senior Sales Manager of a multi-national 5* luxury hotel group
- Excellent English is a must, Arabic or a 2nd language is an advantage
- Excellent selling capabilities to clients and motivator for his/her team
- Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and foresee market trends
- Previous role within the UAE and experience of the local market is an advantage
