Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in a related field
• 3 years relevant experience
• UAE Driving Licence
• May also possess a degree in architecture or engineering.
• Must also be available to work flexible hours.
• Should have an eye for detail while preparing the
sketches.
• Cooperating with engineers and or other people of the
department is one of the most important aspects
• should be innovative and able to comprehend the message of
the developers for which the sketch is being prepared.
• Should have knowledge of two and three dimensional
drawings.
• Ability to establish effective professional relationships
with co-workers, and upper level staff
• Ability to prepare concise and accurate records and
reports
• Must have the capacity ot take more stress in this job.
Job Duties:
• Is responsible for the visual representation of the
building or the structure for the developers.
• They have to remain in touch with the architects and
engineers in order to add to the value of the work or add aesthetic value to
the sketches.
• The successful candidate should also incorporate changes
or modifications according to the suggestions of the architect or the engineer.
• Should put thoughts into action as far as making drawings
are concerned.
• After the completion of the initial sketches, the
draftsman should present them to the architect for appropriate implementation.
