Job Description:
Responsible for coordinating sales data and collating all branch paperwork for necessary approvals

Minimum Experience:-
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Job Specific Skills:-
• Good command in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point
• Administration skills

Personal Attributes and Competencies:-
• Communication skills
• Self-motivated
• Team Working

Key Responsibilities:-
• Coordinating and collation of Daily Sales report from each branch
• Obtain approvals in accordance with Chart of Authority for branch requests
• Coordinate all paperwork from the branches for approvals
•  Maintain filing system for all Branch related paperwork
• Coordinate monthly report and presentations where necessary at the request of commercial analyst
• Support Commercial analyst in preparing yearly budget pack and collating templates from the branches
