Job Requirements:
• Excellent exposure in Debt Collections is required.
• Aggressiveness is a
key requirement.
• Only Indian Males should apply as no other Nationality
will be considered.
• Past experience and capability in managing a team is must.
• Core experience of minimum 5 years is must for this role.
• Proficiency in using Tally Software is mandatory.
• Excellent Communication skills in Hindi is a must.
• Candidate should be mature enough to do error free written
& verbal communication with Buyers.
Job Duties include among others:
• Maximise performance levels of the debt collection
department.
• Follow up and build relationships with clients that have
negative field visits, with the aim to improving performance and communication.
• Responsible for doing Debt Collections for all new and old
cases along with a Team.
