Job Title: Retail Leasing Coordinator-UAE
Job Location: Dubai
We are actively seeking to recruit a dynamic individual with acumen in details and calculation. Handle all aspects of leasing administration from Mall/property management coordination, approvals, and rental terms monitoring.
Requirements
Profile:
Coordinate with the mall/ property management to obtain offer letter of existing locations for retail management’s approval.
Preparation of ROCI ( Return of Capital Investments) form for approval.
Assist with any lease renewals and permits.
Maintain on proper tracking system of all retail leases existing and new from filling perspective into renewal schedule.
Record all commercial elements of leasing.
Maintain a standard template tracker covering all lease contract aspects such as but not limited to rental term modifications, contract expirations, fit-out completion period.
Track all documents in process sent to finance, legal, executive level and mall management.
Provide assistance in ensuring a new trade stream is instigated and its operations progression abides that terms of the property owner/ mall management as stated in the lease agreement.
Abstract leasing contracts and work with attorneys to get working drafts of leases
Essentials:
One (1)- Two (2) year experience in the real state or similar field .
Bachelor Degree holder.
Should have good communication skills, both written and oral.
They should have an aptitude for mathematical calculation
They should be well organized so that their data analysis and entry is accurate and efficient
