Job Description:
Duties:
• Ensuring that all projects are performed in accordance with contractual and quality standards;
• Scheduling and directing the daily activities of work and taking necessary action to assure that the project objectives of cleanliness, safety, price, schedule, quality and process are met;
• Maintaining TMG?s Equipment in a high state of readiness through daily and proactive maintenance;
• Maintaining daily paperwork such as timecards, field reports, schedule updates and E-mail correspondence to keep the various people involved with the project informed of important issues;
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in a related field
• 3 years relevant experience
• UAE Driving Licence
• Understands means and methods of construction associated with earthwork, site utility and concrete construction associated with developing building sites from 1 to 50 acres;
• Can create a 3d visualization of the end product and knows how to get there;
• Understands the sequencing of work and the strategy of creating effective project schedules;
• Understands how to effectively staff self-performed work activities to achieve levels of productivity that meet or exceed industry norms;
