Events Executive at The Heart of Europe in Dubai

Responsibilities

    Assist with the coordination, set up and delivery of events such as conferences, seminars, sponsorship campaigns and networking events to ensure consistency of the company’s image and brand positioning. This will occasionally require evening and weekend work.
    Manage RSVP process for all events.
    Ensure quality control of databases, lead generation and data entry exercises through developing CRM and database management best practices with Senior Management.
    Assist Events Team to deliver campaigns within required deadlines and budgets that meet (and hopefully exceed) expectations.
    Conduct market research activities on existing and potential new markets of interest identified by senior management.
    Ensure open and efficient communication channels with all suppliers and business partners.
    Help drive both operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently.
    Attending events to ensure quality control over customer service levels and overall execution and delivery. This will occasionally involve travel outside of the UAE as well as evening and weekend work.
    Responsible for tracking all campaign budgets from start to finish.
    Source, review and provide evaluation for sponsorship and advertising proposals.
    Assist with general administrative work, presentation writing and production.
    Monitor competitor activity within the regional and international marketplace.
    Track effectiveness of and ROI from of all event campaigns through documenting all expenses and performing post activity analysis and providing recommendations to senior management.

Experience & Qualifications

    3 years’ experience in Marketing with proven track record.
    Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing) is mandatory.
    Proven track record of delivery in a similar marketing/events role.
    Excellent organisational skills with strong task management.
    Proactive in seeking new event and sponsorship opportunities.
    Strong negotiation skills and ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality control and best practices.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office.
    Ambitious and driven to be an integral part of fast-growing team and company.
    International experience is preferable but not essential.
    All candidates must be post graduates and educated to degree level as a minimum.

Key Result Areas

    Support the sales teams by ensuring brokers and BIs remain active
    Develop market research and study broker and BI performance trends
    Oversee all aspects of brokers and BI’s transactions from initial contact to executed agreement.
    Prepare all listing materials: pre-listing presentation, Listing Agreement, brokers’ disclosures, research old multiple listing service (MLS) listings and etc.
    Consult & coordinate with brokers, obtain all necessary signatures on listing agreement, disclosures and other necessary documentation.
    Input all listing information into Sugar system and update as needed.
    Submit all necessary documentation to brokers and BRD department for file compliance.
    Input all necessary information into client database and transaction management systems.
    Regularly update & maintain communication with clients, agents, brokers and management etc.

    Oversee all aspects of the administration of the broker’s business.
    Create & manage all systems for, buyers, client database management, lead generation tracking, lead follow-up & all department administration.

Qualifications Required

    Diploma or bachelor degree in business administration or related field
    Minimum 2 years’ experience in the real estate field, handling agent and brokers relations
    Fluent spoken and written English, Arabic will be an added advantage

Assistant Manager – Legal Job Vacancy at The Heart of Europe in Dubai

The purpose of this Job is to provide full legal security and legal guidance in the activities of the Kleindienst group of companies within the legal framework of Dubai, U.A.E as well as International law in case of foreign business transactions.

Key Responsibilities
    Land registrations, Project Registrations, Unit Registrations, Escrow Account formalities, Oqood registrations, Title Deeds, DSR formalities and related procedure – ensuring the same for exisiting as well as new projects of the group
    Cancellations (Forced & Mutual both) through legal notices, follow ups, Dubai Land Department and if required through Real Estate Court in Dubai
    Consolidations, Settlements and refunds related to the clientele of existing & old Projects undertaken by the group.
    Formation of new companies, renewals of existing companies through DED, JAFZA and other authorities. Liasing with JAFZA registered agents for best practices at minimum cost to the company
    Represent Kleindiest group of companies collectively or individually (as applicable) in case of any legal dispute and/or court case and liase with internal and external lawyers, Dubai Courts, Arbitration centre/s, Expert meetings and ensure that the company’s rights and legal benefits are reserved.
    Prepare detailed defence statements in case of court hearings and expert meetings in a manner that safeguards the company’s interest as per the legal requirements.
    To keep the management informed about any law suit filed and/r has a possibilty of getting filed and try his/her best endeavor to settle the case amicably in favor of the Company.
    To seek immediate remedy in case of bounced cheques, breach of any party and take Police action on dishonored cheques.
    Review the contracts with Contractor/s, Consultant/s, Project Manager/s, Supplier/s, Sub contractor/s, Designer/s and Architect/s according to the construction laws and regulations and ensure that the benefit and rights of the company is fully reserved and secured.
    Issue letters, warrantees, guarantees etc if required, in a manner which serves the purpose of the documents without exposing the company to unnecessary risk and liability.

Skills and Experience

    Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a Lawyer, with Atleast 3 yrs of experience in Real Estate Development related field in the UAE
    Academic level; legal degree mandatory
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English – Arabic is an advantage
    Knowledge of corporate Law, Real Estate, Labor, Immigration, Construction and maritime laws with good know how of International Trade & commerce, Banking laws
