• Management of an E-commerce team with responsibility for site delivery and maintenance and customer acquisition,

• Achieve and build upon the eCommerce strategy against budget

• Improve and develop the online marketing channel to maximise ROI

• Implement a customer acquisition and retention programme

• Identify new profitable opportunities and routes to consumers
